Returns & Exchanges

Elka Collective offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided garments are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
